- Fabricate it from 1 Galvanic Stock (Fabrication 8) — Rusk Recovery. Needs the Fabrication Station, which opens once you have accepted Return the Favor.
- Buy from Tolliver “Toll” Kade — Last Leg Trading, Holo Hollow Landing — for 40 Credits each, up to 5 a day per character. Trading opens once you have completed Thrust Issues.
- Player trade — this item can be traded between players, who set their own terms.
